Nicole earned her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 2011. She was admitted to practice law in the State of California in November 2011. While in law school, Nicole interned at the Domestic Violence Clinic located at the Madge Bradley Court Building and the San Diego Family Law Facilitator’s Office.

Since becoming licensed to practice law she has practiced primarily in the area of Family Law. She is experienced in a variety of issues related to Family Law including, Divorce [Dissolution of Marriage], Legal Separation, Child Support, Spousal Support, Child Custody and Visitation, Domestic Violence and Division of Property. She has litigated cases when the necessity arises and has negotiated settlements on behalf of her clients.

Prior to attending law school, Nicole received her Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of California at San Diego. She worked in a number of different fields – including as an event planner and museum curator – before making the decision to become an attorney.

Nicole is a member and active participant of the California Bar Association, San Diego Bar Association, North County Bar Association, the Lawyer Referral Service, The Lopardo Chapter of the Inns of Court, and the Soroptimist International of Oceanside-Carlsbad.
